Continuing on from the last roll, here are some more shots of St. Peter’s Seminary. Kodak Gold 200 comes highly recommended. Despite being ISO 200, I feel I got some good results even in less-than-favourable light conditions (and no tripod!).
The 28mm f/2.8 lens worked well here; however, I can’t help but think how much better some shots might have looked with a slightly wider field of view. That’s why I currently have my eye on the Minolta MD 24mm f/2.8 lens—I think it would have done an excellent job without introducing too much distortion.
I’m also hoping to get a bit closer to the action to add more variety to my shots. So that 50mm I always say I never use? It may actually get some use in the coming rolls.
