I’ve never been to Manchester before, and it stood in stark contrast to York. It struck me as the kind of city Glasgow should be aspiring to — modern, trendy, with plenty of new construction and a real “buzz” in the city centre.

Although this was only a 24-exposure, I still came away with one of my favourite photographs: the landscape shot of the stairs framed by the archway. I really like the exposure on that one.
